On Mongolian Tsagaan Sar

On behalf of the United States of America, I extend my warmest wishes to all those celebrating Tsagaan Sar, the Mongolian Lunar New Year.
The United States is proud of our Strategic Third Neighbor Partnership with Mongolia. We look forward to deepening the relationship between our two countries in the year to come.
